We run yoga and pilates and classes both in-studio and online, so you can practice with us in our beautiful studio space, or in the comfort of your own home.  We have an online booking system and we have different pricing options to suit all  (including our offers for new customers).

Balance is the key to a healthy body and mind. Yin Yang practice incorporates two styles of yoga into one class. A practice of stillness and passively holding postures to target a deep release of the fascia, the connective tissues of the body, turns into a dynamic flow sometimes including balancing postures. Yin Yang practice can have a powerful effects on your energy levels and you may leave feeling both energised and in a relaxed state of mind. This class is available to book both in-person and online. If you book in-person, you'll be joining us in the studio. If you book the online option, you will receive a link to join the class via Zoom shortly before the class starts. Also, when the class finishes, you'll receive another link to the recording of the class, which is viewable for 4 days.

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, postural alignment and muscular balance. Just like yoga, the benefits include improved flexibility, posture and balance. A regular practice can reduce the chance of injury. Classes are taught for mixed abilities, where beginners and clients who have done Pilates for some time, can come together and learn from the Pilates principles of focus, centering, flow, concentration, control and breathing. All exercises can be adapted and modified to accommodate injuries to allow the body to heal and strengthen. There are also progressions to every exercise so students can work at their own pace. This class is available to book both in-person and online. If you book in-person, you'll be joining us in the studio. Yoga Nidra / Deep Relaxation

Also known as 'yogic sleep', this is a deeply restorative guided relaxation that starts with the physical body and the senses, then moves into the more subtle aspects of ourselves (subconscious and unconscious mind). There is no movement involved, just lay down and enjoy. Bring any cushions or blankets you might need to get as comfortable as possible. We begin our practise with a guided meditation, either seated or lay down. An opportunity to tune into ourselves and tune out from the world. Then you’re invited to lie down as we move into the deeply restorative practise of Yoga Nidra. The process is deeply healing and restorative for the body and mind, helping the individual to find balance / sattva. This class is available to book both in-person and online. If you book in-person, you'll be joining us in the studio. If you book the online option, you will receive a link to join the class via Zoom shortly before the class starts.
